First, I recommend that you look over my website and social medial accounts to see if my style matches the style of images that you would like to purchase. Then, you can contact me via my contact page, email me directly (email@example.com) or call (828.713.6256) to discuss your session. If we seem like a good fit for each other, I will send an invoice and contract. Once your invoice is paid, you’re officially on the calendar!
Where will the session take place?
I offer three locations for Sessions:
Studio - held at my studio in Fairview, NC. About 10 minutes from Asheville.
In-home - held in your home. An additional fee may apply for locations over 25 miles from Asheville.
Outdoor - held at an outdoor location of your choice in the Asheville area. I have several locations I love but I also love trying new spots if you have a location in mind!
What should we wear?
My clients all have access to an amazing and personalized styling service. Once you book, I will send you a link to a style questionnaire and an access code to begin styling your entire family from the comfort of your couch. No more running store to store and no more guessing! Fill out the simple Style Questionnaire about your family, color scheme you are wanting and the vibe of clothes you would like to see. The quick results page will show you photo-approved clothing pieces for each family member and you can view outfits side-by-side while favoriting items. Feel free to play around with it until you have selected the perfect outfit combo! Click the email button to send yourself the selected items or shop for the clothes right away by clicking the shopping cart buttons.
What if I can't keep my appointment?
Your session fee, once paid, is non-refundable. However, I understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes circumstances beyond our control come up. If you or your child(ren) become ill, we will definitely reschedule your session. I want you all to be feeling wonderful for your session! Should you be unable to keep your appointment for another reason, please contact me as soon as possible and we will reschedule if possible. If it is not possible to reschedule, session fee refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
What if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor shoot?
The weather can be unpredictable in the mountains! If the day of your session arrives and the weather is not favorable, we will reschedule for another day. If your schedule is tight and you would like to schedule a back-up at the time of booking, I am happy to do that!
How many family members can I bring?
Your immediate family is welcome to participate in the session. Any additional family (grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc...) may incur an additional fee. Please contact me for more information.
When will I see the photos?
Your images will be edited within 14 days of your session. You will be emailed a link to a password protected online gallery. You will be able to view your images and place your order online from the comfort of your home.
Can I print the photos myself?
All Packages include a digital download of your pictures as well as a Print Release giving you written permission to print the pictures. That being said, I would strongly recommend using Mpix.com. They produce color accurate, high quality prints at very affordable prices.
How can I pay?
You will have the ability to pay for your session fee and your package from your home with a credit card. If you would prefer to pay by check, let me know and I will provide you with an address.
