STUDIO REMINDERS
Your reserved time includes all set-up and clean up. If you exceed your rental time, you will be charged for the extra time using the full hourly rate of $80/hour. If you need to extend your time, feel free to reach out and see if that is possible. If you contact me, your rental will be extended at the reduced multi-hour rate. Thank you so much!
The Studio should be left clean and tidy. If you make a mess, there is a vacuum in the bathroom and a hand broom and dust pan under the bathroom sink. If the next renter arrives and the space is not returned to a clean state, you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee. You can see what the space should look like in the pictures below. If it does not look like this when you arrive, please let me know so I can contact the previous renter.
Take all stinky trash with you! Do no leave food or diapers in the trash cans at the studio!
You are welcome to move the furniture around, but please return it to where you found it.
You may not put nails in any walls without explicit permission! Thank you! :)
Adjust the thermostat as needed. The thermostat is in the room next to the kitchen. Please reset the temperature before leaving.

If you use the paper backdrops and they get dirty, please cut the dirty part off and leave it in the kitchen. There are scissors in the cabinet above the sink in the bathroom.
Please park in the spots designated for ‘Our Asheville Studio’. Do not park on the side of the parking lot with the mailboxes, those spots are reserved for our other studio space.
The Studio is located at 1346 Charlotte Hwy, Fairview, NC.
Unfortunately, GPS may take you to storage units down the road, instead of the Studio. Your best bet for GPS is to use Apple maps or use this pin.
The Studio is located in the upper part of the building and is accessed via the white door. There is an upper parking lot that can be accessed easily by taking Charlotte Hwy to Taylor Rd and an immediate right (in front of the Library). The gravel parking lot is located after the auto mechanic shop.

You are welcome to help yourself to snacks, coffee, tea and water.
There is a Bluetooth speaker that you’re welcome to use!
There are additional light stands, and other equipment, stored in the closet in the room with the background stand. You are welcome to use whatever you need!
